If there is a conflict between Rosterli's Terms and Conditions and any terms provided by this group or organization, Rosterli's Terms and Conditions control.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Rosterli website, platform, services, applications, and related offerings (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Rosterli ("Rosterli," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing, browsing, registering for, or using the Service in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.


1. Eligibility, Authority, and Youth Participation

The Service is intended to be administered by adults acting on behalf of sports organizations, teams, leagues, associations, or families. You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account, enter into these Terms, or act as an administrator, coach, manager, or organizational representative.

Rosterli acknowledges that the Service may involve minor participants (including youth athletes, team members, or students). Minor participants may view or interact with certain limited portions of the Service only under the supervision, authorization, and responsibility of a parent or legal guardian.

By creating or managing an account that includes information about a minor, you represent and warrant that:

Rosterli does not knowingly permit minors to independently create accounts or enter into contractual relationships. Any access granted to minors is derivative of, and contingent upon, the authority of a parent, guardian, or authorized adult.

You are solely responsible for supervising a minor's use of the Service and for ensuring compliance with these Terms and all applicable child privacy and protection laws, including but not limited to COPPA (United States) and applicable Canadian privacy legislation.

2. Description of the Service

Rosterli provides a cloud-based software platform designed to help sports teams, clubs, and organizations manage websites, communications, memberships, scheduling, fundraising, payments, and related administrative functions.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time, including features, functionality, pricing, or availability, with or without notice.

3. Accounts and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree not to use the Service, and not to allow anyone else to use the Service, to:

Rosterli reserves the right to investigate violations, remove or restrict content, and suspend or terminate accounts in its sole discretion.

5. Payments, Fees, and Transactions

Certain features of the Service may require payment of fees. All fees are displayed in the applicable currency and are non-refundable unless expressly stated otherwise.

Payment processing may be handled by third-party providers. Rosterli is not responsible for errors, outages, chargebacks, or failures caused by third-party payment processors.

Transaction fees, taxes, and government charges may apply. Pricing and fees may change with reasonable notice.

6. User Content

The Service enables users to submit, upload, create, and display content including text, images, videos, logos, schedules, announcements, comments, messages, documents, and other materials ("User Content").

6.1 Content ownership

You retain full ownership of your User Content. Rosterli does not claim ownership rights in your User Content. Rosterli provides a platform to host and display your User Content according to your configuration and your organization's instructions.

6.2 Limited license to operate the Service

By submitting User Content, you grant Rosterli a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, process, reproduce, cache, display, and distribute your User Content only to the extent necessary to operate, maintain, provide, and improve the Service, including delivering the content on public or private pages you configure.

This license does not grant Rosterli the right to use your User Content for external advertising or marketing without your explicit consent, except where the content is already public and the use is strictly related to promoting the Service (for example, a generic screenshot). You may opt out of such promotional use by contacting us.

6.3 Responsibility and warranties

You are solely responsible for your User Content and any consequences of publishing it. You represent and warrant that:

The Service may display information about minor participants (for example, name, jersey number, team, position, photos). You agree to limit collection and publication to information that is necessary and appropriate, and to obtain required consents. You must not publish sensitive personal information about a minor.

6.5 Moderation, removal, and enforcement

Rosterli is not obligated to monitor User Content, but may do so. Rosterli may, in its sole discretion, remove, disable access to, or restrict the visibility of any User Content if we believe it violates these Terms, applicable law, or creates risk to safety, privacy, or Service continuity.

You agree that Rosterli may preserve evidence and cooperate with competent authorities, including responding to valid legal requests.

6.6 Intellectual property complaints

If you believe content infringes your intellectual property rights, contact us at info@rosterli.com with enough detail to identify the content and your rights. We may remove disputed content and, in some cases, suspend repeat infringers.

6.7 Backups and retention

Rosterli may create backups and retain technical copies of your User Content as part of operating the Service. However, you remain responsible for maintaining copies of any content you consider essential. The Service is not a guaranteed archival system.

6.8 Public display and privacy

You control certain visibility settings (for example, public pages, member-only content). You understand that content configured as public may be indexed by search engines or shared by third parties. Rosterli is not responsible for third-party use of public content.

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Service, including software, designs, trademarks, logos, and documentation, are owned by Rosterli or its licensors.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or exploit the Service without express written consent.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with third-party services. Rosterli does not control and is not responsible for third-party content, services, or practices.

9. Availability and No Warranty

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Rosterli disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and uninterrupted availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rosterli shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which governs how personal information is collected, used, and protected.

14. Governing Law

For users in Canada, these Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Nova Scotia. For users in the United States, these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.

15. Changes to These Terms

Rosterli reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
